"Clean, great location! I was on level three, which isn’t soundproof. During the day, it was very loud from all the traffic and a loud banging on and off,but luckily at night it was quiet."

"Excellent hotel. Comfortable bed & nice quality linens and fairly spacious. All sorts of little extras provided: toothbrush, hairbrush, hairband, slippers, Nespresso coffee in room. Staff were wonderfully polite. Convenient Metro stop not far away. Would highly recommend. "

Rooms are small but clean and modern Unfortunately staff at this hotel are poorly trained and unorganized arguing with one another and barking orders at guests. Noone seems to be able to answer questions or solve problems and there is a general sense of confusion. As a result I would not recommend "

"The staff are extremely friendly as we checked in and checked out, always greeted with the utmost respect. The room was perfect for our family, coffee & tea amenities. The only thing that needs upgrading is the workout room did not have any weights, only a treadmill, elliptical machine, cycling bike. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay! A+ Hotel! "

"My checkin time was for 2PM but my room wasn’t ready until closer to 230, while not a long time, after a day of travel I would’ve preferred to get into our room with worry, especially as I watched everyone else around me checking in have no issues with their rooms being ready."

"Rooms are clean, its' abit small and felt a little cramp. Laundry within room was convenient and microwave to heat small items to eat. "
