"Amazing location and super clean rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One particular staff helped me call our next hotel to confirm if luggage could be shipped earlier and assisted with the entire process! Would definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel is ideally located right alongside the JR line, providing excellent convenience for travel and access to nearby destinations.
The staff delivered outstanding service, consistently attentive and ensuring our party felt well cared for throughout our stay. The morning buffet offered a wide selection of dishes and thoughtfully included detailed allergen information, which was particularly valuable as one member of our group has dietary restrictions.
Guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was straightforward and efficient."
"Staff were friendly & the room was clean, tidy, and neat. The amenities around the area is great. The room we stayed at were enough room for a family of five. Would definitely stay there again. "
"Just a minute or two walk to multiple subway lines made this a very convenient place to stay. Staff was nice and friendly. The rooms are small but that was to be expected as they are in most Tokyo Hotels. We were surprised to find there was a laundry room with two machines. They were washer/dryer combo machines but the dryer didn’t work all that well. If you have a normal size load, (more than 5 or 6 articles of clothing) you’ll likely need extra drying time. Room was clean and they cleaned every day if needed. Nice view of Tokyo skytree from upper levels and nice nature sounds in the hallways. The 2 elevators sometimes took a while due to the number of floors they were covering. The check in desk was on the second floor and there was a cafe on the first floor that had a couple decent breakfast options. Enjoyed staying here and would stay again. "
"Thank you for everything. The staff there is very polite and helpful. One of the staff help me to set up the SIM card service, and she is very patient. Thank you a lot. I will stay here next time "
