"The hotel is clean and very close to Shinjuku station - about 4-5 minutes walking. Very convenient for traveling in Tokyo. Staff helped us in many matters. Laundry and drying machines in 4 floors. Breakfast was good with western and Japanese food but can be improved. Rooms are very small. Difficult to move from one side to the other when 2 suitcases are open. If you come 10 minutes before the end of the breakfast, the staff treats you in a very unpleasant way and almost convince you not to eat....

We were worried when we first arrived because the room was super hot but when we cranked up the AC it cooled right down. The hallways are not air conditioned but that wasn't a big deal.
