"We loved our stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel. This is such a beautiful property with welcoming and staff. The rooms are large (especially the bathroom) and this was the most comfortable bed we had while staying in Japan. The location makes it easy to hop on the subway or a train and there are so many restaurants in this area. We appreciated the help with transferring our luggage to the airport! We would definitely stay here again!"

"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"Our stay at Mimaru Ginza East was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of 4, two of which are teenagers, which can be hard to find in Tokyo. We especially appreciated having a small kitchen and dining area, which made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. The location was excellent, close to multiple train stations, convenient stores, and great restaurants, while still being in a quiet area.
