"Very close from Tokyo station, about 5min walk. The room we stayed was spacious. I like the area, Yaesu North exit, better than Marunouchi area as there are more casual dining options near the hotel."

"The room and bathroom were plenty big for two. All of the amenities were perfect, and even the laundry was nice and easy to use. The staff was amazing. We had an issue at JFK airport and weren't able to make our original reservation date. The staff was responsive and resolved the issue promptly. I don't have enough positive things to say about lyf. "

"Our room was very very small with the bed right against the wall. I liked the duvet but had 4 well used pillows. Between the end of the bed and the wall is about 1 1/2 ft with hangers on the wall to hang clothes but we kept knocking them down to walk to bathroom or out of the room. No closet. The air in the room was hot and stuffy. The first night we tried to control temp and fan but unable to. I informed the front desk staff who said they control it. The woman went to the back and she changed the settings. But air remained the same. The breakfast was a big selection of cold food. No hot food. The staff was not friendly and appear to be overworked, helpful when needed. I have never seen a coffee pot/kettle with 2 mugs sitting on a shelf behind the toilet which we did not use due cleanliness. The location is great. Everything is super close. "

"The hotel location was excellent!! And the room itself wasn't bad – definitely a small room (as is the case with lots of places in Japan). The bathroom was tiny, and the towels were the worst quality! The front desk personnel weren't quite as helpful as we hoped, though friendly enough."

"There's a 711 on the first floor. Very elegant, friendly staff, clean large rooms. I was hesitant in booking because in their pictures it looked like the room was going to be small, but quite the contrary. We asked for late check out on our last day and they obliged for a small fee. Definitely recommend this place. Great access to Ginza, Tokyo Station, and many metro entrances."
