Our stay at Mimaru Tokyo Ginza East was excellent. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for families, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. The location was convenient just a short walk to Ginza and Tokyo Station. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. The only thing I wish the hotel could be closer to subway station.

The location of this hotel great and also the Podemos room is fantastic if you are traveling either kids who are into Ponemon. The staff and service at this hotel are ok but definitely not as friendly, helpful, and personable as the staffs at other Mimaru hotels we stayed at.

The staff was very kind it was a refill water bottle station in the laundry room ( very nice by the way ) there was also a vending machine ( but didn’t have Coca-Cola ) the rooms were very clean and beautiful and you could also rent a lot of useful items . There were no corners to hit yourself ,safe stairs,and a map to see where you can eat food .

Here’s a polished review you can use for MIMARU Tokyo Ginza East: We had a fantastic stay at Mimaru Ginza. The hotel is very well located, with easy access to transport, shopping and plenty of great food options nearby. The rooms were exceptionally clean and came with great amenities. By Tokyo and Japan standards especially, the room sizes were very spacious, which made our stay much more comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly polite, friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. It’s an excellent choice for families, and the luggage forwarding service they offer made traveling around Japan so much easier and more convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The room is very comfortable and have everything we need. As a family this is a great place to stay with great amenities with bunk beds and kitchen with everything equipped. I especially like that the shower and faucet and toilet are all separate so it’s easy for everyone to get ready. Mimaru brand is not cheap, but for family it is a great property for the money

Great place for my family of four, close access to the subway lines for all the attractions. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Very helpful staff for recommendations and directions. Also took advantage of luggage delivery to the airport so we could explore the city bag free while we waited for evening flight.

Our stay at Mimaru Ginza East was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of 4, two of which are teenagers, which can be hard to find in Tokyo. We especially appreciated having a small kitchen and dining area, which made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. The location was excellent, close to multiple train stations, convenient stores, and great restaurants, while still being in a quiet area. It was easy to get to Tokyo Station, Ginza, and other popular areas. Loved having the Imperial Palace not to far as well, being able to use as a running route. The staff were warm and friendly, willing to help answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay at Mimaru Ginza East again.
