"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"Our stay at Mimaru Ginza East was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of 4, two of which are teenagers, which can be hard to find in Tokyo. We especially appreciated having a small kitchen and dining area, which made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. "This location is near the high end stores and close to transit, rail or metro. The breakfast area is very busy and groups of 2 work best. The staff are really nice and will go out of their way to help you. For breakfast it was ok, everywhere in Japan it seems you have to ask for your eggs cooked longer unless you like very runny omelettes, scrambled eggs or even over easy. There was a large travel group that took over the breakfast area which made it tough. We managed but decided on grab...

"One of the top 3 hotels in Tokyo or in Japan in my opinion. Friendly and attentive staff as soon as I arrived, room was clean and comfortable. I also like the equipments in the gym with barbells and rack. I can do a quick workout and chill in the sauna or the pool after. Food in the restaurant was excellent, I had the complementary breakfast, both quality and quantity were so good that I didn’t even need to each lunch afterwards. Highly recommended if you have a chance to book a visit to there."

"This hotel is just a block away from the famous Tsukiji Fish Market. It’s also conveniently located right next to a Family Mart making it a great location. The room was clean and spacious compared to other Tokyo hotels. I love that there was a little table and small tatami area. There was a free coffee/latte machine downstairs and a lounge with books and other games. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the onsen as I have tattoos, but I’m sure it was wonderful too. Would definitely recommend staying...

"Super friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast (my partner liked it a lot). The location is great too. Higashi-Ginza Station is just a 5-minute walk and provides direct access to both Haneda and Narita Airports via the Keikyu/Asakusa lines. Ginza Metro Station is also a 5-minute walk away, and Yurakucho JR Station is about a 13-minute walk. Super convenient. We would definitely use this hotel again when we are back in Tokyo next time.
