The staff were so friendly, great location for a solo traveler, deep bath in the room, very quiet rooms , so close to the train station and very clean.
Well located in Ginza with lots of dhopping snd eating options. The rest are all reasonsbly good. If I ever come back to Tokyo for holiday, I will stay here again.
Fabulous shops and restaurants close by, breakfast was great smorgasbord style with a great selection. Room service (room clean, towels etc) is self selective depending and obviously on your length of stay. Great location!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Room is clean yet a bit small then expected , it was difficult to open two suitcases .Overall service was good and breakfast delicious .
Super great location, the logo on top of building helped us find our way back sometimes as the streets looked familiar. Family Mart, Watson, Starbucks, and Ipputo ramen within a minute. Staff very friendly. We chose no breakfast as we wanted to eat other things nearby. Room on small side in terms of space to open luggage and wish room can be brighter but this is similar to many other hotels in Tokyo.
This was our least favorite hotel and also our most expensive during our trip. The rooms were roomier than others so that was a plus but the bathroom had hair on the floor and less amenities than others and the breakfast was expensive and just ok.
Good hotel. Rooms smaller than other Tokyo 3 bed room. Good bathroom however showing a bit of age around sinks and flooring. Excellent area for high end shopping and restaurants.
