Having washer and dryer in a room is so nice. No need to worry about looking for laundrymat. Our room is small which is Japan standard but everything you need is there. Tokyu Stay is closed to everything.

Sehr gute Lage, mitten im Outer Market. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und kleine Küche und viele Utensielien wie Tee, Zahnbürste, Rasierer in der Lobby zur Mitnahme. Größe des Zimmers ok, dürfte nicht kleiner sein. Personal freundlich. Abluftanlage recht laut. Bei Öffnung des Zimmers riecht es sehr nach Essen/Fett aufgrund der Lage zum Markt.

We would stay here again. Tsukiji market right out the door, multiple train lines close by. 24 hour ramen across the street was the best ramen we had on our trip. Lawson was also really close.
