"I had a lovely stay! The whole hotel and my room were so clean and tidy. The amenities were also brilliant - visiting the onsen after a long day of walking around exploring Tokyo was so relaxing. Breakfast was also great - I loved the little touches like matcha on tap. I’d absolutely stay here again!"

On the positive side, it’s very walkable to a variety of restaurants and dining options, which made grabbing meals easy and convenient. The neighborhood itself felt accessible and practical for getting around. However, the overall experience was underwhelming. The staff were polite enough but not particularly helpful or attentive—service felt routine rather than welcoming. The biggest issue, unfortunately, was the persistent smell of a dirty sewer throughout the property. It was noticeable at all times and significantly affected the comfort of the stay. The rooms themselves are in need of renovation. They feel worn and outdated, and a refresh would make a big difference in improving the overall experience. In summary, the location is a plus, but the lack of upkeep and the ongoing odor issue make it difficult to recommend unless you’re prioritizing convenience over comfort."
