"Nice neighborhood, we walked 25 mins from the Shinagawa station to get here and enjoyed the walk after days on planes. Small traditional inn, very kind proprietor, squeaky clean and a taste of traditional Japan in a huge city. Highly recommended!"

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"Absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff and concierge service specific to Hanakohro is a nice feature that distinguishes one’s stay and makes it even more special. Restaurants onsite are very nice, although a bit on the pricey side. The garden is very relaxing."

"It’s a nice hotel, with a nice view. It’s in a cool location with really nice shops and convenient if you take the train. The only issue is that it’s kind of out the way. Uber/Taxi will drop you off across the street and you have to walk thru the train station, go up some escalators to get to the hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel and it was a plus that a onsen was included. The room was large and had enough space for two people and 4 suitcases. The location was also really good, only a few blocks from the train station and only a few stops from major tourist locations. Additionally they had two onsen, one inside and one outside. I would definitely stay here again. "
