The rooms are large (especially the bathroom) and this was the most comfortable bed we had while staying in Japan. The location makes it easy to hop on the subway or a train and there are so many restaurants in this area. We appreciated the help with transferring our luggage to the airport! We would definitely stay here again!"

"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping."

"Exceptional hotel and staff. Location is terrific, close to the Imperial Palace and steps to the heart of Ginza. Rooms are large for Tokyo and really well laid out.
