"We loved our stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel. This is such a beautiful property with welcoming and staff. The rooms are large (especially the bathroom) and this was the most comfortable bed we had while staying in Japan. The location makes it easy to hop on the subway or a train and there are so many restaurants in this area. We appreciated the help with transferring our luggage to the airport! We would definitely stay here again!"

The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. "The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

Family Mart, Don Quijote, and market is available within walking distances. I would love to stay here again once I make a trip to Tokyo, Japan. Highly recommended!"
