"This is a well run hotel. Japanese are the master at space efficiency. While the room may be small it is very well laid out. There are a lot of amenities the hotel provides, either in your room or in the lobby. The bathroom, while small, was clean and there was no mold anywhere. The breakfast was delicious. In such a small space, they have setup a buffet with many Japanese food dishes, although i will say they like their scrambled eggs a bit runny. Numerous restaurants are nearby and 2 different metro stations are within walking distance. Will definitely stay again. Side note: Easiest way to get to Daiwa Roynet Hotel from Narita Airport is the Airport Limo bus to Dai-Ichi hotel. The Daiwa Roynet Hotel is located just behind Dai-Ichi. "

"The staff were amazing! They were courteous, very helpful and very accommodating to us guests! The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and the overall look is superb. The location of the hotel is perfect — walking distance to bus stops and train station. Also central to shopping areas and there were a lot of food restaurants nearby. To add, Glanta is in front of the hotel. I’d book again if I come back to Kyoto. Highly recommend! "
