Just a three minute walk from Tokyo Station, the hotel was a perfect base for our last two nights in Japan before flying home. Pre booked our NEX ride in the office at the station, walked the short distance to the Imperial Gardens, surrounded by dining options as well as 711 and Lawson supermarkets.

This property was our first stop in Japan. It is convenient to Tokyo Station. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the rooms are tiny - typical Tokyo I guess. The beds are very hard, which I began to regret after a few nights. The free melon Fanta in the lobby is a nice touch. :)

Nice clean hotel in a great location walkable to subway, JR, bus, convenience stores, and shops. Super comfortable bed. Staffs were very friendly and thoughtful they had the cool disposable towel and hand fan out for all guests, which is super helpful during our daily excursions. Thank you Karaksa Hotel Tokyo station. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time stay and we were very satisfied with everything. The proximity to Tokyo station was a big plus. Wished there were more laundry machines (there were 2 but always used).

The hotel was fine - nothing special - but appreciated the free drinks and candy and toiletries (that’s a nice touch). It’s very convenient to the Tokyo Station and other subway lines. (But it would have been more fun to be in Shibuya or a more lively neighborhood) Our room was very small - not comfortable for 3 people. And it was hard to get the temperature consistent. Because of the room I wouldn’t stay there again.

Karaksa provides great service. We dropped our luggage at the hotel on our 1st day as we arrived before checkin. We returned to our bags already in our room. The staff was so kind and provided anything we needed quickly and efficiently.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, there was a lovely lady who helped us to transfer our luggages to our next hotel. She was meticulous and made sure that all details were correct. Check-in was easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel is located at a super convenient location (near Tokyo Station). 10/10. Definitely recommend and will return if I ever come back to Toyko. Thank you for the fantastic stay.
