Bathrooms were decent, though the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it and seems ridiculous for an expensive hotel like Gracery. The Godzilla balcony was also closed, so their one big attraction was inaccessible. Overall, I would spend similar money for a better experience elsewhere."

"Being right across the street from Shinagawa Station is the best part about this hotel’s location. Hotel staff were professional but were not the kind to give you the warm fuzzies. Hotel and rooms themselves were somewhat outdated, but clean. Would stay here again in a pinch, but not necessarily first choice."
