Our 4 days in Tokyo have been amazing. Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, an iconic hotel in the clouds with skyline views and a Japanese garden that is exceptional in every way — a calm, elegant place in the heart of the city. The gardens are breathtaking, the rooms are beautiful, and the service is genuinely world-class.

Great service. Clean and spacious room. Great concierge service team that made great last minute reservations in the busiest Japanese year end season when everyone dine out at restaurants. Lovely and best Japanese garden! All restaurants onsite take advantage of garden views/waterfalls. Spa/swimming pool very nice.

Overall we had an excellent experience at Hotel Chinzanso, which was our first time in Tokyo and in Japan. We found the staff extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is a bit off the beaten path but for us that is a bonus, and travel was easy on the Metro and rail lines. The setting of the garden is especially pleasant, and an oasis from the bustle of a densely populated city.

This is property is gorgeous that makes you wants to spend all day in there. The staff are super friendly and not to mention the garden. Amazing hotel, I regret not able to staying longer so I can try all the restaurants inside.
