The garden is so beautiful and the rooms are just lovely and huge. The staff speak a lot of English and are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The beds are super comfy and it just feels luxurious. I wish I had planned a hotel day, as I feel like you could just relax at the hotel easily.

We loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and the room was so spacious. We also loved the gardens surrounding the hotel to walk through and enjoy the automatic mist show they did twice on the hour. Would definitely recommend this place if looking for a place to relax

This is a top notch hotel with outstanding service. They speak English well here. The garden was gorgeous. We stayed here in June because of the fireflies. I had never seen fireflies before so it was neat to see them close up. I thought there would have been more fireflies but it was still a worthwhile experience. The rooms were spacious. We stayed in another part of Tokyo for 5 nights and spent the last 2 nights here. This was a wonderful way to relax and unwind before leaving to go back home.

Hotel Chinzanso was an amazing property! Truly felt like a 5 star experience all around. The staff are incredibly helpful and the amenities are fantastic. The gardens are stunning and peaceful, we even got to see the Fireflies which was beautiful! Only con I can think of was the location was a little far from the subways so we ended up using taxis most of the time. All in all I’d give it a 9.5/10.
