Find Hotel with a Concierge in Ginza

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Bach. The rooms were unique, quiet, comfortable and clean, and the black out blinds were a lifesaver for helping us get over jet lag. The close walk to great shopping, bars and restaurants was another huge plus. Will be back!

Finding an entrance was somewhat tricky. From Shimbashi station, use the Shiodome exit, turn right to find an escalator up near Tully's coffee, take another escalator to the far right of the plaza next to an Italian restaurant, once on the 3rd floor above the ground, take a skywalk across the street to the building on the right, a news media building on the lower floors. The huge private garden (like a private park) with 3 story pagoda is incredible and the pools, onsen, sauna and hot tubs are really nice. This was once a Four Seasons Hotel and still now remains one the best classic Ritz Carlton like hotels in Tokyo.

1# The staff were amazing and were on top of every question or concern I had. 2# location to major rail lines (for Tokyo and leaving Tokyo), bars, food and shopping. 3# Rooms were big for Tokyo and super functional.

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.

The room was pretty small for 3 adults, but as they say it’s Tokyo. The location is very convenient. Staff are pleasant. There’s lounge area where my son enjoyed playing vinyl records at the end of the day or early mornings.

Excellent, convenient location in central Tokyo. Walking to many activities and subway was easy. Staff were outstanding and went out of their way to be kind and helpful. We had the club included which was convenient for comprehensive breakfast and evening snacks when we wanted a more quiet time.

I chose the Lyf Tokyo Ginza hotel because it's just a 2-minute walk from Kyobashi Station and also close to Takaracho Station (about 3 minutes). The small size of the subway station makes it easy to navigate without getting lost. The Ginza Line offers excellent access to Asakusa, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station, and there's a direct subway connection to Haneda Airport, which takes about 30-40 minutes. Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo.
