We are glad we stayed at this hotel. The room and bathroom were clean. The space was huge, especially for Tokyo. Good counter space and lighting in the bathroom, which is helpful for applying make up. We used the in-room laundry, which was very convenient. The location was very good. We were close to several subway stops and enjoyed staying in Ginza. The bed is quite firm, but we got used to it quickly enough.

The apartment was exactly what we needed after 2 weeks in Japan. Single Mum with 2 teenage boys. The washing machine and dryer really came in handy (they even had laundry soap). Nice quiet location and easy to get to transport. Lovely area. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. Definitely recommend to families.

Great stay for family of 5 with most important feature - laundry in the bathroom. Since it’s only a 6 unit property, elevators are available and usually only us. Has all the features of apartment and family enjoyed the 4 night excursion in the Ginza area.
