"Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. Really quiet for the area and easy access to the metro and JR line. Staff are always very helpful and the hotel is beautifully designed."
"Last minute booking turned out to be a great choice and good value with the gold member discount. Highlights are the generous size of the bed, clean shower, toilet area and blackout curtains. Would definitely stay here again"
"Staff is very courteous and helpful. Lounge area and in room music system were quite nice. Excellent location. Would easily stay here again. Only issue is lack of storage -no closet, drawers, shelves."
"The staff was great, friendly and where always there with answers if I ever asked something I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for anyone looking to stay in this area."
"The hotel space is pretty small, but if you really think about it, everything in Japan is small, no? The staff was pretty nice except for one at the front desk, i didnt get her name. The cleaning staff respected our wishes of days when we wanted to have the room cleaned / days where we wanted to not be disturbed. They even left us fresh towels and water bottles on days we did not want to be disturbed.
It is a 5 minute walk to multiple different stations which i really loved about this location and theres a family mart near the hotel, literally a 2 min walk. "
"We had a fantastic stay at &here hotel in Ueno. The location was excellent—just a short walk to JR, Chiyoda, and Ginza lines, making it super convenient for getting around Tokyo, directly to and from Narita airport on the Keisei Skyliner. It is situated at a location surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. It is also just across the street of the beautiful Ueno park.
The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean. Our room 901 was quiet, everything in working order. We had a very restful sleep during our stay. Cleaning service is not provided daily, however, garbage is cleaned out and clean towels are provided daily, which is more than sufficient for us.
An extension to my partner, Stephan's review on Google. A special mention goes to Do at the front desk. His level of customer service was outstanding—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect when we checked in. Truly some of the best hospitality we've experienced. Thank you.
Another highlight was the public bath on the top floor, which overlooked the pond at the Ueno park. It was such a relaxing and unique bonus.
We highly recommend this hotel and looking forward in staying at &here again the next time we will be in Tokyo."
