10/10 Excellent
"This location was amazing for being a tourist and the hotel itself was so nice. The amenities are great as well and it was such a comfortable space to stay. I was there alone and felt extremely safe."
"The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. The Pop Up bar was a really cool concept with a good drink selection. The room was clean and the amenties offered in the lobby were very helpful."
"The property was well placed and very interesting in its construction with open corridors. It is directly opposite the park which houses the zoo and the museums as well as temples. The hotel itself had a rooftop onsen too. Our room was spacious with a full kitchenette. My daughter loved the bunk bed aspect! The hotel has its own cafe which was a good bonus. The quiet zen like hotel was a contrast to the busy Ueno streets and bars not far away. It is also only moments from Ameyocho shopping street and the Sanrio Garden cafe both of which were great for the final leg of our trip. I would definitely stay at otherwise &Here hotels. "
"Great location — just 1 minute from the station! The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a convenience store nearby, and plenty of restaurants and izakayas (Japanese-style pubs) within walking distance."
