My favorite meal in Tokyo.  Tonkatsu, menchikatsu, rice, and beer!  Have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years.  It is in Shimbashi, Nishi-guchi.  Good luck finding it.  I can walk there but don't know the name. Sorry.
