Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and incredibly quiet, making it the perfect retreat after exploring Kyoto. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff were gracious, warm, and attentive in the most genuine way. Every interaction felt sincere, and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location is also outstanding. Being in Gion meant we could easily walk to temples, charming streets, and wonderful restaurants while still returning to a tranquil sanctuary at the end of the day. The traditional touches—like the serene garden areas and the beautiful onsen bath—made the experience feel uniquely Japanese and incredibly relaxing."

"Perfectly located to enjoy the best of Asakusa. Everything about this hotel was excellent, though the beds could us a foam pad for my liking. That aside, I will recommend this hotel and Asakusa to anyone wanting a slightly quieter and more cultural stay in Tokyo."

"We stayed 6 nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel is well equipped with iron, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, and plenty of hangers and towels. The area is quiet, and although it’s a few more minutes’ walk than most hotels, we enjoyed it and will stay again. The only issue was the dryer, which didn’t work properly even after two cycles, but the room heating helped finish drying our clothes."
