Great location right next to a JR train station. Street with small shops. Hotel was clean, with rooms of traditional japanese style. Floor beds and seating. Interesting :) clean room and bathroom. We loved it. It took us about 1 hour to get to the hotel from airport via monorail and other lines.

For the price and service you expected it was pretty good the hotel staff can speak some english but not to the point where you can have a conversation about the roses and daises so learn some japanese before you come into the country. The room was phenomenal traditional looking and pretty big. the station nearby the hotel was pretty accessible about 3 minute walk and there's a 7/11 and sukiya nearby for your fast food options. Overall i would come back again here

Great location close to the station. Easy to visit old Japanese shopping towns and parks. Staffs are nice, hotel entrance to the elevator was not accessible—could not avoid a few steps, while staffs mere willing to help carrying the luggage to the elevator. Cleaning was not really thoroughly done—bath tub slow draining due to accumulated hair. and some hair on the floor upon checking in.

Good size of the room, good bathroom but cleaning service could be better. There were hairs and stains on the bedsheets and the mattresses were very thin. Except for when you have luggage with you, I would recommend walking to nippori station as it is pretty close and the joban line train going out towards mikawashima station (the closest station) gets crowded in the evening, and the train going into central Tokyo is crowded in the morning. Also there is a huge gap between each train so I would recommend walking.

good hardware, no service

i cant say it's a bad hotel. the hardware is good, and near JR station. close Tokyo station. but the service is bad. do nothing extra. i want the crew help asking a taxi and been refused, let me do it myself. then i waste lots of time on it, miss the shuttle bus to airport. i running with a 18kg luggage, and paid more than 25000 jpy taxi fee. and finally made it at last time. even the airport give me extra 10 more mins on boarding.

Les coussins étaient comfortables, la chambre étant relativement spacieuse, on avait de la place pour ouvrir deux valises. Avoir un parquet au lieu d'un tapis était un plus et la chambre était plaisante. C'était aussi agréable qu'il y ait un supermarché la porte d'à coté.

和のお部屋が素敵!!

何回か利用しています。 和室のお部屋の雰囲気がとても素敵です。 お部屋もベッドも広くて、トイレとお風呂がセパレート、電子レンジに空気清浄機まであるから快適!! ホテル周辺にドラッグストアやコンビニ、スーパーがあるから便利!! 夜は静かだし何と言っても窓からスカイツリーが見えるのが🙆‍♀️

화장실 욕조와 벽 사이 작은 틈에 곰팡이, 에어콘과 벽 사이 작은 틈에 먼지가 굉장하지만, 방도 화장실도 굉장히 넓고 전반적으로 깔끔합니다. 화장실 방향제 냄새는 별로였어요.

gut und günstig

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war neu und seh sauber. Das Bett auch der Hammer - Nordische Duvet. Der Receptionist hat uns sehr gut geholfen beim zusätzlichen Notbett und beim bestellen des Taxis. Sehr zuvorkommend und seh nett. Leider befindet sich das Hotel ausserhalb der Zentrums, wo was läuft.
