Despite our room looking down on a major road it was surprisingly quiet at night. Location was very good, especially if you plan on hitting the Kappabashi kitchenware town looking for good knives or further down to Asakusa Nakamise-dori, or a different direction to or Ameyoko Market. Very comfortable and well outfitted.

The hotel staff was very kind and were able to communicate effectively appreciate the accommodations and the amenities provided. Love the ability to have our luggage transported to this hotel with no issue. We will stay here again.

It is a bit of a walk from the station but it was clean and friendly and the area was peaceful. The staff were helpful and it was close to lots of food options. We got used to the walk after a while and we discovered a closer station (Iriya) which was closer than Ueno. If coming from Ueno, use the Iriya Gate exit. The hotel is super close to Ueno park.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were pleasant and the location was convenient. The kitchen made heating up food for convenience stores or groceries stores very easy. The in room laundry was very useful .

Great location for a family with young to teenage children. Conveniently situated in between a 7 Eleven and Lawson for 24hr accessibility to all the immediate necessities to fill up the in unit fridge. Short walking distance to a local 24hr full grocery store to get supplies for those home cook meal nights. Ueno station is a short flat walk providing you access to all the major destination points in Tokyo via the JR green line. Overall extremely happy with the room, sky tower view, staff attentiveness, in unit laundry machine and kitchen. Would recommend to anyone looking for a more local vibe and who might need a mental break from the overstimulation of other parts of Tokyo.

We were a family of 4 - 2 teenagers and we had a good amount of space for Japan standards. Rooms were clean, washing machine/dryer was great as I could put the washing on as we went out for the day and when we got back it was fully dry. Lawsons and 7-11 super close which was probably the teenagers favourite lace to try all the different things. Staff very helpful. Around a 10 min walk (max) to the train station, which had a great choice of trains to get you wherever you were going. Overall would definitely recommend
