"Great hotel! Perfect location was across the street from a huge Don Quijote (open 24 hr) and was only a short walk to different train stations. Uniqlo was right below on the lower floors. The room, hallways, and elevators were clean. Amenities were provided free for all. You could make your choice of daily room cleaning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can ask them anything. One staff took the time to explain all my options for getting to the airport. I was going to take a taxi, but she explained that there’s a local train that goes straight to the airport for about $20. She saved me $180! There’s a delicious ice cream shop around the corner. I tried all the flavors and the mango was my absolute favorite!"

"Conveniently(~11min walk) to Ueno station to get around to all areas via Tokyo metro and JR lines. Lots of shopping and dining options in around the area. Room was spacious for our family of 5 with a dining and kitchenette fully equipped and an in-suite laundry machine. "

"The view from our room was gorgeous! Staff was courteous and very helpful. We ate at the restaurant 3 times during our stay (twice for breakfast, once for lunch). The food was excellent at each buffet, though we thought the dinner buffet was overpriced. The hotel was very conveniently located just a short walk away from a subway stop. "Cozy room in a quiet hotel less than 10 minutes walk from Ueno station, numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Comfy bed, decent shower. Not much room for storing bags and limited hanger space, though that seems to be typical for hotels here!"
