"Great location... Next to the ueno keisei train station and just a block from the Ueno jr train station. Lots of restaurants, bars and night life and right beside Ueno park and zoo. Staff was helpful and friendly. However, The automatic check in was very cumbersome to handle a reservation for 3 rooms. Staffv ended up having to help and took quite a while. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but tiny and the walls were paper thin."

"Everything was excellent, can't really complain. Elevators were quite busy I suppose, but it was also Sakura season, busiest time of the year. I really enjoyed the location, in fact it was tucked just east of the major congestion areas, right next door to a massive arena (got to see Japan wrestling), and connected with a 2 minute walk to Ryogoku station - it was actually quite nice. Highly recommend if you want a spot where you can get anywhere quick, and also calm and tucked in a calm city area. Also, lots of food choices nearby tucked into Ryogoku's south side - loved it. "
