Enjoyed our stay at the Richmond. The staff was warm and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good, with many options for both western and Asian choices. The area around the hotel offered many things to do, shopping, walking the streets for restaurants and places of interest like a beautiful temple near by. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend it !!

This location was amazing for being a tourist and the hotel itself was so nice. The amenities are great as well and it was such a comfortable space to stay. I was there alone and felt extremely safe.

What a great value for an in city, Tokyo hotel! While we did not have the breakfast buffet in the morning, we took advantage of the coffee and other amenities provided. Pajamas, and slippers were very nice and bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was surprisingly very quiet at night. Super easy to get around with local subway stops. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean and the hotel staff are super accommodating for international travelers! There's a really nice patio with a great view of the city in the lobby, and you're super close to major subway lines to help get around the city so it's an excellent location!

Amazing location and hotel

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Only issue is beds are small, but that is consistent it seems in all of Japan.

We had a smoking room on the 10th floor , room was clean and tidy and bathroom was spotless . Really lovely hotel and very friendly atmosphere. lifts were frequent , dining on the 4th or 5th floo r so very convenient, train station a few mins walk away also temples and street market as well as shops on the doorstep ,
