We loved the location, quieter than other areas but still located near multiple public transport options making it easy to get around still. The hotel staff were all lovely and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Tokyo.

Room was very cute and spacious. The beds were one of the comfiest we stayed in (most beds in Tokyo were hard). Everything was spotless and as soon as you stepped in the hotel it smelled great. The library was amazing and I could get lost there for hours. And all of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Exceeded my expectations. Overall hotel experience was excellent. Nice calm ambience. Busy but quiet and orderly. Great service from the whole team. The lounge area was inviting and there was a complimentary coffee and tea station as well as quality snacks. The room was small but well designed, new and clean.
