"Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet (especially for families/kids)...a bit pricey but it was high season. Although it's not at the center of the busy neighborhoods, it's very close to the train station and taxi rides were an average of 15 mins to most of the tourist sites. "

"The biggest drawback to the Royal Park iconic is that you have to buy the full breakfast. You can’t just have a coffee or a continental breakfast. In order to just have a coffee you need to go outside of the hotel to the Starbucks or convenience store. It was very upsetting that no matter what we said we were not allowed in the breakfast area just to have coffee. A second drawback is that there is only news channels on the TV in English. There was no way to watch a movie or any other show in English or with subtitles. We found this very surprising for such an upscale hotel."

"The staff were amazing when we arrived to the hotel. The property is beautiful. The room was a perfect fit with the group that I brought with me. The location is a 6 minute walk to the nearest location and has plenty of extra amenities that come with the hotel stay. Would come back again"

"Location is great with waking distance to JR Shimbashi and Ginza station, tons of food close by. Only downside is that if you a light sleeper, due its proximity you can hear the trains. It could have been our room as we were on a higher floor. It became white noise after a few nights."
