At check-in, the staff was unfamiliar with the document but eventually agreed to have it ready for my departure. At check-out, a different staff member was very impatient and tried to dismiss me by incorrectly claiming I had to get the certificate from my booking site. I had to be extremely persistent and demand to speak with a manager; only then did she find my document, which had already been prepared and was sitting in a pile of envelopes.
