"Convenient location but the rooms are very basic and tiny. The amenities were available in the lobby. The restaurant did not provide the ability to just order a coffee. They demanded a full meal. TV did not work the entire time. "

"We had a wonderful first few nights on our trip to Japan at the Kyobashi Mitsui Garden hotel. The location was an easy walk from Tokyo Station and easy to get to Ginza, Hibiya and Nihonbashi. The property and our room were both impeccably clean. The staff were attentive, helpful and almost everyone had a command of English that far outweighed my meager skills in Japanese. We tried the breakfast buffet one morning and found it to be full of fresh, delicious flavors. There was a good mix of western and Japanese options. Coffee, tea and water were complimentary in the lounge from 15:00 to 22:00. Overall we had a great stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Kyobashi area. "

"The standard room with twon beds was so tiny with only a foot from rhe bed to the wall. You have to pick your toothbrush, coffee or tea or other amenities before you go to your room. They are not in the room like the other hotels. I have stayed in another hotel in Tokyo and the standard room is bigger."
