"We had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the standout positives was the cleanliness: the rooms and common areas were very well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and reassuring. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel only has two washing machines available for all guests, which made it quite inconvenient, especially during busy times when they were often in use. Additionally, the breakfast selection was fairly limited. While the food quality was decent, there weren’t many options to choose from, which could get repetitive for longer stays. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable place to stay."

"This was our favourite hotel we stayed at during our Japan trip. It is close to all stations needed to get around, and close central to Ginza. The rooms are spacious, cute and kept clean, and they include a ReFa hairdryer which I personally loved. The air-con works great which was appreciated during the mugginess of spring. We enjoyed this stay so much we cancelled our last Tokyo hotel and rebooked here. One comment we’ll share is that the 5th floor has a lingering smoked-in smell, but it’s not bothersome. Thanks for having us twice!"

"Tiny room , good location , breakfast wasn’t very good, not many option. The whole restaurant only one coffee machine. There is long queue for coffee between 8-9am for the breakfast. "

"It was odd because reception was on the 7th floor but I really liked being close to the palace and train station. It was easy to get to from the airport - one direct train! We never ate breakfast there because our tours started before they opened so I don’t know what it was like. The staff were pleasant and helpful!"

"Overall it was ok. The staff upfront was a bit tense. I asked politely for a towel and that was a bit of an issue for some reason. They clean only 3 days which is fine. You have to notify them if you would like your room clean. The "Breakfast" was just a pancake machine, a few snacks and some drinks, nothing special. It was free, cant complain. The space was small. The bed was not to comfy. overall for how much i payed i was expecting more. I understand its sakura season but even then other hotels were not as expensive as this one. Just got it because it was the closest to tokyo station and it was my first time coming to Japan. But now cant really recommend here. Unless they have a deal going on probably wont be booking. "

"steps away from Tokyo Station and several subway stations, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Tokyo and as a launching point for the Shinkansen. The staff is great "

"Similar to many Tokyo stays it is a very small space for the price with no windows. Simply a place to sleep. "
