"Our experience of the stay was excellent. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The amenities were great and the room was clean and comfortable. The service quality was high. The location was very good for us. Quick walk from Tokyo station and local train station right in front and we almost always found a cab waiting right in front. Many good restaurants around. Only negative, our in the room massage chair had a broken foot portion. However it was a dealbreaker for us."
