"I stayed there upon my arrival at night. Due to the time difference, I got hungry at 5 a.m., so I was happy to find a 24-hour Fuji Soba nearby. However, I couldn't sleep because there were groups of foreign tourists in the rooms above and next to mine who were making noise past midnight."
