"We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"

"Clean, comfortable, they’re piloting a manga recommendation service for free as of my past visit September 11-15 2026. 2 restrooms, 2 showers, 4 sinks with hairdryers. Not much of a common area but many manga to choose from in both English and Japanese. Rooms have a small lockbox and a usb fan as well. Not much of a social hostel, more of a come here to sleep situation."

"チェックインに少し手間取ってもスタッフはいません。　泊まる人のマナーによりますが、シャワールームに荷物を置いたままにする人、洗面をびしょびしょにするひと、べちょべちょの放置する人など多く見られました。　そのような状況でもスタッフはそれを放置です。　ペーパータオルがなくなっても無くなったまま。朝聞きたい事がありましたが受付で完全に寝ていたのであきれました。本気で寝るのであれば、家帰って寝れば良いのに。夜はコンビニも閉まるので周辺は何のないのもマイナスです。"
