Clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a capsule stay. Loved the sleep report. Couldn’t store my carry-on briefly after checkout due to policy, which was a bit inconvenient—but overall a great experience.
Staff was exceptional and always had my needs in mind. They were attentive and showed respect for my time with them. They provided me with great service and I would recommend their business to others as well.
facilities where great and it was comfortable very basic as you can imagine but I really enjoyed the night I spent there, not far from the metro station and lots of restaurants and shops close by
This capsule hotel was no fuss, it provided all amenities required for a safe and comfortable stay. The capsule was surprisingly spacious, the location was great for public transport. The place did great in separation for male and female guests, providing clearly defined floors for each, with lifts for each gender not going to the opposite floors.
Easily walkable from Hamamatsucho Station, and the location's ease of getting to the other stations on the Yamanote Line made it worth it to stay. There are also a good variety of restaurants to choose from that are very close.
Probably the most comfortable capsule hotel you’ll find. Only nitpick is that there’s no stairs, but that’s probably ok since you might not want to climb 10 flights of stairs at midnight. Plus there’s a banger view of Tokyo tower at the top.
This is a budget friendly hotel, guests know they have to share communal washroom. The guests really need to be reminded to clean up after themselves. Perhaps more reminders up on the washroom/toilet cubicles and shower cubicles.
Otherwise, great capsule hotel experience and lovely staff, always really helpful.
About 20mins casual walk to ginza shopping , great view of tokyo tower from the shared space , though if compared to their ningyochou branch it feels alittle older but still convenient and affordable
I enjoyed my stay. For a capsule hotel it was really clean and a good place to rest. The common area on the tenth floor was really useful to for eating food or relaxing
Great location at the centre of Tokyo, and with a view of Tokyo tower. Capsule was comfortable enough, there was a mix of tourists and locals, so it was a good experience for a couple of days
