Absolutely wonderful, our time here was perfect, the staff are all very friendly and the place is immaculate, clean and has spaces that are very stylish and comfortable. There is a beautiful small balcony garden, that has amazing views. The price for the hotel was incredible seeing how spectacular this place was. I highly recommend it. We were there for a false fire alarm on our last day and it was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. Everything was very safe and I can say the emergency exits work well and are nice and safe! Again, wonderful service and a over all pleasant stay.

The staff was excellent. We opted in for the breakfasts and it was delicious. There are convenience stores and a pharmacy very close to the hotel, and a nice walk to Tokyo Station, and a 3 minute walk to Hatchobori Station. The only weird thing that happened to us is that twice we tried going to a restaurant right by the hotel and they turned us away. There were available seats there but she crossed her arms to us meaning, do not come in here.
