The room was just the right size and cozy, my room was cleaned every day by housekeeping, all staff was very helpful, friendly and bilingual japanese and English. I definitely recommend this hotel, is close to convenient stores and train station.

The airport shuttle was really useful. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. There isn't much to do in the surrounding area, however, that's expected as it is just an airport hotel. Overall, really nice hotel with friendly staff and really enjoyable rooms
