location is good enough but the room is too small for two people
Excellent stay in Hiroshima. Conveniently located near food, on the tram line, and around all sorts.of interesting neighborhoods. Perfect rooms for sleeping after a long day out.
Wonderful professional and courteous service!! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room was of ample size. Nice amenities. Hotel staff very gracious and helpful. Man who checked us in was also the man who checked us out. Very courteous and warm. Young woman who helped with getting our bags shipped to our hotel in Shinjuku was courteous, friendly, competent and spoke English!
Easily accessible from the train station using the street car and within walking distance to the peace park and also shops/restaurants.
Professional staff, great location, staff always available to assist. Beware of the cigar smokers in the lounge , 5,30 to 10.30 pm.
Everything we needed and very comfortable. Staff were helpful.
4 guests, only two pillows. Had to ask for additional pillows which we received. Then on our second night stay we had to ask again as they were taken during cleaning our room. Only downside....
