"Liked the location, convenient for transport and restaurants. It provided everything a traveller needs. Room is tiny- bed takes up 90% of floor space. Breakfast finished at 9am which seems a bit early."

"This is not a normal capsule hotel. It is a men only spa and sauna ‘resort’. You have to wear a uniform they provide and you cannot take your thinks up to you room. Nobody spoke english, which is fine of course, except it was very difficult to understand the rules when they can’t be explained to ..."

"Great location. It's right by the station and it's close to Hondori. Room was clean. Only thing I didn't like was that the power outlet between the beds has an annoying piece that sticks out and because of it, I couldn't plug my phone charger into it because my power block was too big for it."

"We had a corner room with a beautiful view of the castle and gardens. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the location is perfect for walking. "

"The concierge was providing a great service.
The hotel staffs are well trained over all and I like people working there.
However, I have 2 things that I was not happy during my stay. I brought my luggage to the hotel before my check-in and went out. When I came back the hotel for checking-in, I was expecting that they could put my luggage into my room but I got it at the reception. I wish they could put my luggage so I didn’t have to carry it by myself.
The another thing is Wi-Fi speed was very slow during the night time. I expect that many people were using but still it was pretty slow.
Except those 2 things, I was happy to stay there. Especially, it’s Christmas season so I could see the illuminations which was installed right in front of the hotel from my room. I didn’t expect it so it was a good surprise."
