"We enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. It was very conveniently located and a quick walk from the train station. We did wish we had asked for a room on a higher floor. The view from the top floor terrace was amazing, but we were on the ground floor with a view of nothing. This room was really large compared to most of the places we stayed in Japan. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom which we weren’t expecting but really appreciated! "

"The hotel offered exceptional service in all areas. My one qualm is the way the staff would talk in English regardless of my wish to converse in Japanese. "This property is more for people with older children or adults. I had three kids under 8 and the loft area wasn't the safest idea for sleeping or playing. There was also basically no storage for bags.
