"I recently stayed at this hotel for a getaway trip with my sister, and it was an exceptional experience. ​ The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special with personalized touches. ​ From the warm welcome greetings at check-in to the freshly-squeezed orange juice served by the Assistant Manager, Mr. Yamada of BRIDGES, during breakfast, every detail was thoughtfully handled. ​ We stayed on the Club Floor, which included access to the Club Lounge, adding an extra layer of comfort to our visit. ​ The attentiveness of the staff was truly impressive—they genuinely care about making every guest's stay memorable and pay close attention to customer preferences, especially for special occasions. ​ I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and dedication to creating a remarkable experience for its guests.
