"It is an old Hotel and the rooms needs to be updated. Still, because of the staff in the 21th floor, we had an amazing time. The waiters were the most helpfull and polite. We felt very welcome and comfortable. We also got Turist informations about the castle and the gardens, with maps and all. Thanky you very much, if we come back we will stay there again."

"There were a lot of good things about Mitsui Garden but also a couple of significant reasons for which we wouldn’t return. First the good - staff are friendly, polite and professional.
