"The hotel was well maintained and our room has great views. Location was perfect and close to everything. The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. When we asked questions about local transportation, the front staff provided everything possible to support our needs. Everything was very organized and their staff was super professional. We regretted that we should have stayed longer. Strongly recommended this hotel!"

"The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the main attractions and a 15–20 minute taxi ride from the train station. Our spacious room had a panoramic city view and plenty of space for luggage. However, some areas felt a little tired, with scratched bronze switches and stained sofas detracting from the overall experience. The views from the top-floor reception were excellent, but its location was somewhat inconvenient, requiring guests to go up before returning to their rooms. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in while we explored the city. In contrast, service at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. When we asked about a table after checking in, we were simply told it was fully booked, with no alternative times or nearby restaurant recommendations offered. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, spacious rooms and excellent views, but maintenance issues and inconsistent service prevented it from feeling like a truly high-end experience."

"Great room, great light, personable and helpful staff, very good breakfast (tho more like a lunch), good location, walkable to the important sites my only quibble was that the carpet had some visible spots on it and the shower/bath had a few tiny mold spots on walls of the bath, which also had a very slight moldy smell. Otherwise a very nice room which we would stay in again"
