"The hotel offered exceptional service in all areas. My one qualm is the way the staff would talk in English regardless of my wish to converse in Japanese. Having come to Japan to immerse myself in the language and culture, this was disappointing. Aside for this, no complaints can really be made and I would not go as far as reducing the overall score based on this."

This hotel is 30 minutes away from the Hiroshima Memorial and the train station, the hotel provide free transportation from hotel to train station starting at 9:10 am. City buses are available too at a cost and not that frequent. If you take the street cart, there is a 1km walk to the property. "We stayed to see the rabbits on the island. Would have been nice if a few more options at dinner and breakfast. I struggled to find things to eat at dinner and my husband breakfast. We didn’t use the onsen so also would be nice if maybe other activities in were available. We had a nice stay none the less "
