"Lovely hotel, couldn’t fault it. On arrival they gave us 2 free drinks vouchers and a free light lunch voucher for each day of our stay. Very good location about 10 min walk to the station. Facilities were very good free coffee, water and snacks. Would definitely go back. "

"Granvia hotels always set the bar high for great quality hotels in Japan. Kyoto matches if not exceeds this expectation. Beautful room, amazing staff, and extremely convenient location inside Kyoto Station. Would absolutely stay again if given the opportunity. "

"Rooms are clean, functional with modern furnishing. It is not very spacious (22 & 26 sq m) especially the triple sharing but this is expected. We like chilling at the lobby lounge with a cup of cuppa or hot cocoa before heading out in the morning. The airport bus limousine is just opposite the hotel, which is a lot more pleasant to ride on vs lugging the luggages to the train station especially this is Golden Week!"

"Property was beautiful inside, very fancy. It was a very clean hotel, check in was easy and in English. I was even able to check in early which was very convenient. The room was luxurious, and both Western and Japanese style pillows were given which was very appreciated, although the Western pillows were slightly too soft but that’s my personal preference. Complimentary water bottles every day were greatly appreciated. Public Bath was amazing, originally sceptical but once I experienced it once, I went every night I could. Room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard, shower was phenomenal, some of the best water pressure I’ve ever had. Overall, a great experience and one I’d definitely return to. "
