"One of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our trip, and likely one of my favorites overall. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous. They made check in and out very easy. When we first arrived we were greeted with a complimentary beverage of our choice. I loved the design of the hotel. The lobby itself is beautiful! The stonework, art, and the integration of plant life throughout was all it's so wonderful to take in and admire. The rooms are similarly as well designed. They have a very modern aesthetic but also provides a very very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The accent lighting was lovely. The beds are also very comfortable. But for me the highlight on top of all of this was the guest lounge area. I appreciated the access to drink and snacks even in the later hours of the day. To top it all off, there is a common bath area that was wonderful to relax and in the evening. It was an amazing experience. I would definitely stay there again!"

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and it won’t be my last! The property is easy to get to from Kyoto station, the staff are all so friendly and professional, the amenities are great, rooms are clean and comfortable. The onsen is one of my favorite things about staying here. The breakfast is excellent too!"

"This place was fantastic, we stayed during Silver Week, which meant the hotel was full, however we never once felt crowded. The only thing lacking was a laundry service, however there is a laundromat 600m away. The closeness to the station which is only one stop from Kyoto was really convenient. Looking forward to coming back."

"Cleanliness everywhere. Staff always helpful and friendly. Spectacular views from roof terrace. Very well situated for visiting Old Kyoto and the Gion area. Our room was equipped with all the essential amenities, and quiet. Thank you for a relaxing visit."
