「The Majestic Elegance was a beautiful resort. We were club and had a butler Osvaldy who made our trip even better then expected. Hotel was beautiful rooms comfortable, beach was beautiful. Food and drinks were good. Staff are amazing.」

「The staff is wonderful! They are friendly, welcoming. The taxi services on point. The food, delicious! Loved the people! But the carpets need to be shampooed or replace all together and the beds need thicker comforters. Overall is a good hotel. 」

「We have been to the DR over 20 times (always 5 star) and have been to this particular resort over 10 times. We've tried other newer places but keep coming back because we find that even though it's one of the older resorts, it is absolutely the most charming. We will return next year again because of the great staff, food, drinks, entertainment and especially the beautiful beach. 」

「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again.
