「２泊した。C/I時、SPG会員であることの提示を忘れたが、すぐフロントに戻り提示した。その際、ミニバーがロックされていたので外すよう依頼したがすぐにやってもらえなかった。翌日夜観光から帰った時にチェックした時ロックが外されていた。１日遅れとなったがミニバーからビールを取り出し飲んだ。プライスリストが無きため、ｃ／Ｏ時フロントにいくら払えばいいか訊いたが分からず、結局無料となった。それはそれでいいとしても、ゲストがミニバーから飲み物を飲めないとは、信頼されていないのだと気分を害する。また、プライスリストも備えておくべきである。」

「The place was nice I can't complain at all the air conditioning wasn't as strong as I thought it was and the bathroom needs a little bit of tlc. The glass for the shower was loose. The lighting for the ceiling in had an exposed hole in it. The towel rack holder where it used to be had the holder there but no rack which I found strange.」
