「Firstly, the hotel is located in an extremely good location - on El Conde street, facing Parque Colon with the Cathedral behind that. For sightseeing visitors, I think it is very hard to find other hotels located in a better place. Also, the facilities seems to have been renovated and they were good enough with the reasonably priced room rates. Hotel staffs are okay, though not like those in luxury hotels full of hospitality - but I consider this is not necessary. For rooms not including...

「The reception is located across the street from the hotel, which made check-in confusing, and I had to fill out all my info again because they didn’t have a computer. The room looked nothing like the photos — the TV wasn’t mounted, the bathroom had no toilet seat, the shower flooded the floor, and room service was only on request so I ran out of supplies. 「数年前数回利用して改装されてからまた 利用しました。 部屋によって同じシングル ツインでも広さが違います。 今回宿泊した部屋は広かったのですが ゴミ箱がトイレにしか無い。 コンセントが枕元の無い ベットライトが無い ティッシュボックスがない 洗濯物を干したくても窓が開かない でした。 水圧はあったのでシャワーは良かったですね。 あと 喫煙は2階に専用スペースがありました。 私は ウエスタンホテルなど数店舗のホテルに宿泊しましたが 朝食で生のトマトがでたのはこのホテルだけでした。(参考なで)」
