My second time staying at the Brickell hotel and it’s always excellent. The staff is always nice and helpful.The location is the best with so many places to go just in walking distance. It is in a nice neighborhood with bars, grocery stores , American restaurants and local eateries that you can walk to.

Great hotel stay a few extra days . The grocery store and local restaurants are just a few minutes away. The rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Will definitely recommend.

Perfect location within walkiing distance to many restaurants. Very clean and secure with a great rooftop bar/restaurant. The only negative feedback is that I was I needed a late check out for noon which is only 1 hour and was told yes by the night reception but the day reception told me $40 until 2pm and was not nice about it.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room are a nice size and for an extended stay you will appreciate the washer in the room. My only complaint is that the restaurant did not serve Dominican cuisine. Shopping is a short walk in any direction.

Pros: Chris at the front desk was very helpful and takes care of the guest. Great Customer Service, and Guest Service. Beautiful building, friendly staff, modern and spacious rooms for 2. Cons: No TV in living room, building is next to a school on the street side of the building kids are loud , No more than 1 guest at any given time. Expedia books this as a "hote-apartl" but its more of a condo style of rental, for example room service is available for purchase. Overall: 8/10 and I would stay again, I felt very safe, and that my needs were attained too.
